There will be signs on the front porch on race morning for Tennessee Valley, Randall, and Finish drop bags.<\/li>\n<li>Start at\u00a0<em>Stinson Beach Community Center <\/em>\u2013 Turn on your headlamp and head\u00a0down the road a block to the Fire Station. Turn left onto Highway 1 briefly, left again onto double-wide dirt up to the\u00a0<em>Dipsea Trail<\/em>. Follow the Dipsea up \u201cthe moors\u201d before dawn, and down Insult Hill. Turn right across the bridge and climb, climb, climb up the\u00a0<em>Dipsea Trail<\/em> to Cardiac<em>.\u00a0<\/em>What\u2019s that sound\u2026?<\/li>\n<li><em>Cardiac Aid Station <\/em>\u2013 (no aid station\u00a0set up\u00a0yet \u2013 it\u2019s only 2.8 miles!<em>)\u00a0<\/em>You\u2019ve got a long downhill coming up so use the portapotties here and then drop down<em> Coast View Trail to Heather Cutoff <\/em>then go right across Santos Meadow<em>.\u00a0<\/em>Cross the paved road then go right on Redwood Creek Trail. At its end, go left on the road, then cross to the Pelican Inn \u2013 single-file only, please \u2013 on <em>Pacific Way<\/em>\u00a0and make a quick left onto\u00a0<em>Coastal<\/em>\u00a0<em>Fire Road<\/em>, all the way to the\u00a0Muir Beach Aid Station\u00a0in the parking lot.<\/li>\n<li><em>Muir Beach Aid Station <\/em>(no crews)\u2013 You must\u00a0check in at Muir Beach, where Aid Station Captains Fred Liebes and Charlene Bayles and their phenomenal crew will help you on your way, then retrace your steps to the\u00a0<em>Green Gulch Zen Center<\/em>\u00a0entrance and stride along their fields, turning right at the bathtub to leave the farm through a gate to access the lovely\u00a0<em>Middle Green Gulch\u00a0<\/em>trail, switchback up to the ridge, go left onto\u00a0<em>Coyote<\/em>\u00a0at the top, then turn right onto\u00a0<em>Miwok<\/em>\u00a0to\u00a0Tennessee Valley Aid Station.<\/li>\n<li><em>Tennessee Valley Aid Station (crew ok)\u00a0<\/em>\u2013 say hi to Captain Stan Jensen and his great volunteers, access your drop bag, then head out of the aid station as directed and turn left to ascend <em>Marincello Fire Road<\/em>. Fire road intersections are complex right here; we expect to have a volunteer directing foot traffic up there but review the trail map before the race. \u201cLeft turn then a quick right\u201d from\u00a0<em>Bobcat onto Alta\u00a0<\/em>at the \u201cH\u201d, \u201cstraight\/slight left\u201d onto the rugged\u00a0<em>SCA trail from Alta<\/em>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<strong>yep, that\u2019s the Golden Gate Bridge just below you<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 cross\u00a0<em>McCullough Road<\/em>\u00a0near\u00a0<em>Conzelman Road<\/em>\u00a0and, hey, there\u2019s the Bridge View Aid Station.<\/li>\n<li><em>Bridge View Aid Station <\/em>(no crews)\u2013 Aid Station Captain Ana Braga-Levaggi and the Tamalpa running club will get you what you need to head down\u00a0<em>Coastal fire road<\/em>\u00a0(dirt) all the way to\u00a0<em>Bunker Road<\/em>\u00a0(paved), veer towards your left on\u00a0<em>Bunker Road<\/em>\u00a0and cross the road carefully. Continue left along\u00a0<em>Bunker Road<\/em>\u00a0for about 100 yards then veer right over a bridge. Shortly after the bridge turn right onto\u00a0<em>Rodeo Valley Trail<\/em>\u00a0and continue along Rodeo Valley Trail to the top of the ridge and left onto\u00a0<em>Alta\/Wolfback\u00a0<\/em>then onto\u00a0<em>Bobcat at the \u201cH\u201d<\/em>\u00a0to the\u00a0<em>Miwok Trail.<\/em> Turn left onto\u00a0<em>Miwok<\/em>\u00a0and right onto\u00a0<em>Old Springs Trail<\/em>, winding your way down\u00a0<em>Old Springs<\/em>\u00a0to the Miwok Stables.\u00a0<strong>ALL\u00a0RUNNERS MUST WALK THROUGH THE STABLE AREA, from the fallen log to the \u201cOK to run now\u201d sign\u00a0so you\u00a0don\u2019t scare horses and their pint-size riders<\/strong>, to arrive at Tennessee Valley Aid Station.<\/li>\n<li><em>Tennessee Valley Aid Station (crew ok)\u00a0<\/em>\u2013 \u00a0Cutoff at Tennessee Valley Aid Station is 11:15 a.m. Grab anything you need from your drop bag, then cruise left out of the parking lot down <em>Coastal Fire Road<\/em>\u00a0and the beautiful\u00a0<em>Pirates\u2019 Cove. <\/em>Smile for the camera! Up, over, around, down and left to the aid station at Muir Beach.<\/li>\n<li><em>Muir Beach Aid Station <\/em>(crew ok)\u2013 Tell the volunteers they made your day, then retrace your steps on\u00a0<em>Coastal Fire Road<\/em> out to the Pelican Inn. Push a solid uphill pace here\u00a0so that you\u2019re not pushing the cutoff at Randall a few hours later\u2026<\/li>\n<li><em>Cardiac Aid Station <\/em>(no crews)- Cutoff here is 1:45 p.m. Fuel and hydrate as needed; thank our San Francisco Running Company (SFRC) volunteers, turn around to look at the view, then head up into the forest and veer right onto <em>Old Mine Trail\u00a0<\/em>to the\u00a0<em>Pan Toll Ranger Station\u00a0<\/em>parking lot (no crews allowed at Pan Toll)<em>.\u00a0<\/em>Cross the parking lot\u00a0up near the ranger kiosk, then cross\u00a0<em>Panoramic Highway<\/em> when our Volunteers and the CHP give you the thumbs up\u00a0to get onto\u00a0<em>Matt Davis.<\/em> At the next intersection, stay to the right onto <em>Bolinas Ridge Trail. <\/em>Now the course rolls high on the mountain with exquisite views all the way to Bolinas Ridge Aid Station.<\/li>\n<li><em>Bolinas Ridge Aid Station\u00a0<\/em>(no crews)<em>\u2013\u00a0<\/em>surf\u2019s up at this aid station run by Captains Jennifer and Franz Dill, Omar Droubi, and the Coastside Running Club. Enjoy their incredible energy and inspiration then get outta there! Really focus on strong forward progress as you follow the rolling fire road through some ancient Redwoods to the <em>Randall Trail<\/em>\u00a0gate on your left. Keep your eyes open so you don\u2019t miss the course markings. Go\u00a0left through the gate at the top of\u00a0<em>Randall Trail<\/em> and switchback down to Randall Trail Aid Station<em>.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Randall Trail Aid Station\u00a0<\/em>(crews &amp; pacers ok)\u2013 Cutoff here is at 5:20 p.m. Eat, drink, use the portapotties, access your drop bag, bow to Aid Station Captain Chuck Wilson (unless Chuck is off again on some incredible foreign adventure\u2026) and the wonderful group of long-time Randall volunteers. Only 12 miles to go, and you can pick up your pacer here if you need one (make sure they signed their waiver!) Retrace your route back up\u00a0<em>Randall <\/em>and turn right onto the\u00a0<em>Bolinas Ridge Fire Road<\/em>\u00a0to Bolinas Ridge Aid Station.<\/li>\n<li><em>Bolinas Ridge Aid Station <\/em>(no crews; cutoff here is 7:02 p.m.)\u2013 cheer the volunteers from Coastside Running Club in Half Moon Bay, and head back on the <em>Bolinas Ridge Trail <\/em>single-track along the flanks of Mount Tam to the <em>Matt Davis\u00a0<\/em>intersection, and turn right down <em>Matt Davis Trail (<\/em>one of my favorites). The <strong>very rocky, rooty, slow &amp; technical Matt Davis Trail<\/strong> is\u00a0a hairpin right-hand turn below the main trail \u2013<strong>\u00a0a few\u00a0pairs of tired legs\u00a0might miss the turn and end up at Pan Toll so focus, focus\u2026 over the toe-catching roots and under the low-hanging branches\u00a0<\/strong>all the way down to the Community Center and a hard-earned finish. We\u2019ll be waiting for you.<\/li>\n<li>Finish at\u00a0<em>Stinson Beach Community Center <\/em>(Cutoff is 8:30 p.m.<em>)\u00a0<\/em>\u2013 wash off any poison oak with\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.teclabsinc.com\/\">Tecnu<\/a>, put on some dry clothes, and enjoy our warm food and great company. Don\u2019t forget to pick up your drop bags and your goodie bag! Go\\u00a0left through the gate at the top of\\u00a0<em>Randall Trail<\\\/em> and switchback down to Randall Trail Aid Station<em>.\\u00a0<\\\/em><\\\/li>\\n\n\n<li><em>Randall Trail Aid Station\\u00a0<\\\/em>(crews &amp; pacers ok)\\u2013 Cutoff here is at 5:20 p.m. Eat, drink, use the portapotties, access your drop bag, bow to Aid Station Captain Chuck Wilson (unless Chuck is off again on some incredible foreign adventure\\u2026) and the wonderful group of long-time Randall volunteers. Only 12 miles to go, and you can pick up your pacer here if you need one (make sure they signed their waiver!) Retrace your route back up\\u00a0<em>Randall <\\\/em>and turn right onto the\\u00a0<em>Bolinas Ridge Fire Road<\\\/em>\\u00a0to Bolinas Ridge Aid Station.<\\\/li>\\n\n\n<li><em>Bolinas Ridge Aid Station <\\\/em>(no crews; cutoff here is 7:02 p.m.)\\u2013 cheer the volunteers from Coastside Running Club in Half Moon Bay, and head back on the <em>Bolinas Ridge Trail <\\\/em>single-track along the flanks of Mount Tam to the <em>Matt Davis\\u00a0<\\\/em>intersection, and turn right down <em>Matt Davis Trail (<\\\/em>one of my favorites). The <strong>very rocky, rooty, slow &amp; technical Matt Davis Trail<\\\/strong> is\\u00a0a hairpin right-hand turn below the main trail \\u2013<strong>\\u00a0a few\\u00a0pairs of tired legs\\u00a0might miss the turn and end up at Pan Toll so focus, focus\\u2026 over the toe-catching roots and under the low-hanging branches\\u00a0<\\\/strong>all the way down to the Community Center and a hard-earned finish. We\\u2019ll be waiting for you.<\\\/li>\\n\n\n<li>Finish at\\u00a0<em>Stinson Beach Community Center <\\\/em>(Cutoff is 8:30 p.m.<em>)\\u00a0<\\\/em>\\u2013 wash off any poison oak with\\u00a0<a href=\\\"http:\\\/\\\/www.teclabsinc.com\\\/\\\">Tecnu<\\\/a>, put on some dry clothes, and enjoy our warm food and great company.
