Aid Stations<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n

Aid stations will be<\/b> stocked with water, Roctane Energy Drink, GU Gels, GU Liquid Energy, Coke, Ginger Ale, cookies, peanut M&Ms, PayDay candy bars, chips, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, hummus\/tortilla roll-ups, pretzels, pickles, salt, bananas and melon.<\/p>\n

The Miwok 100K is a cup-less race, so you’ll need to b<\/strong>ring your own cup for use at aid stations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is a portapotty at each Aid Station. We also provide MaskIt disposal pouches<\/a> at each aid station for you to grab if you’re on your period and think you\u2019ll need to make a pit-stop in the woods. Please carry the used pouch in your pack and throw it out at the next aid station.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

15:30:00 – You have a total of 15 hours and 30 minutes to finish the race. Our Randall Trail and Bolinas Ridge cutoffs are very tight to comply with the California State Park permit regulations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Drop Bags<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n

\n

Drop bags will be transported to Tennessee Valley and Randall. On race morning place your bags \u2013 labeled with Bib # and Aid Station \u2013 where indicated on the SBCC front porch: TV, Randall, Finish. (TV bags are returned to finish by 2:30 p.m.; Randall bags are brought back to finish every two hours by crews. Finish bags are kept inside the SBCC.)<\/p>\n

If it’s a cold morning, you can drop your jacket at the last minute before the start. We will place all Start Area clothing inside with the Finish Drop Bags.<\/p>\n

Be sure to label your bags before arriving at the Start area. There will be no plastic bags or marking pens available. No daypacks or coolers can be transported. No valuables or breakables.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Leftover drop bags are not mailed. Because of covid, we can no longer donate left-behind items. Drop bags not picked up race evening will be placed in the race dumpster at 9:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Crews are only allowed at: Tennessee Valley starting at 6:30 a.m., Muir Beach after 7:00 a.m. and\u00a0 Randall Trail \u2013 all day.<\/p>\n

Pacers<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n

Your Pacer must check in with the Aid Station Captain and sign a Pacer Waiver at the Randall Trail aid station before leaving with you.<\/p>\n

Pacers must stay with their runner at all times, and can partake of food and drink at Bolinas Ridge aid station. Pacers may not mule, i.e. carry any of their runner\u2019s gear, and must arrive at and leave the aid station with their runner. By leaving Randall with a pacer, you assume all responsibility for your pacer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
