Crews
Crews are only allowed at: Tennessee Valley starting at 6:30 a.m, Muir Beach after 7:00 a.m, and Randall Trail all day.
Crew Driving Directions
(Remember there is limited cell service in some areas of the course so please load the directions on your phone before race day.)
• Stinson Beach to Tennessee Valley Aid Station – SB to TV
• Stinson Beach to Muir Beach Aid Station – SB to MB
• Muir Beach Aid Station to Randall Trail Aid Station – MB to Randall
Pacers
Pacer must check in with the Aid Station Captain and sign a Pacer Waiver at the Randall Trail aid station before leaving with the runner.
Pacers must stay with their runner at all times, and can partake of food and drink at Bolinas Ridge Aid Station. Pacers may not mule, i.e. carry any of their runner’s gear, and must arrive at and leave the aid station with their runner. By leaving Randall with a pacer, you assume all responsibility for your pacer.
Spectators
We love our spectators! Over the years, we have seen all kinds of creative signs, costumes, and snacks to keep our runners motivated. Given the remote nature of parts of the course, we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE spectators to cheer from the Tennessee Valley Aid Station, which has parking and is more accessible.
We would also like to gently remind all spectators that cel service can be limited, so it’s a good idea to download the directions ahead of time.
How to track runners: Runner tracking is chip-timed by Ultralive.net, with timing mats at various locations along the course. Head on over to the Ultralive.net link on race day and follow your favorites.
Parking: You must park in the Stinson Beach Park Dirt Lot. Cars parked along roadways or on any side streets will be towed. Carpooling is encouraged.
