Cutoffs & Aid Stations

Cutoffs

Review Aid Station Chart for cutoffs at each aid station and the finish; cutoffs are not linear.

15:30:00 – You have a total of 15 hours and 30 minutes to finish the race. Our Randall Trail and Bolinas Ridge cutoffs are very tight to comply with the California State Park permit regulations.

Aid Stations

Aid stations are stocked with water, Roctane Energy Drink, GU Gels and Liquid Energy, Coke, Ginger Ale, cookies, M&Ms, PayDay bars, chips, PB&J sandwiches, hummus roll-ups, pretzels, pickles, salt, bananas, and melon. The Miwok 100K is a cup-less race—bring your own cup for use at aid stations.

Crew and pacer strategy are key at Tennessee Valley (miles 13 & 26) and Randall Trailhead (mile 49.2), the only stations with crew access and drop bags. Plan carefully around these points. Cutoffs at Randall (5:10 PM) and Bolinas Ridge (6:50 PM) are tied to California State Parks permit requirements and will be strictly enforced.

Each aid station has a portapotty and MaskIt disposal pouches for menstrual needs. Please pack out used pouches and discard them at the next aid station.
